The 1inch Network is happy to present you the September digest of major news and updates.

Updates, news and integrations

In early September, 1inch announced a scheme to reward 1inch Wallet users, under which a total of 300,000 OP tokens were slated to be distributed to incentivize users’ activity on the Optimism network.

On a slightly disturbing note, 1inch contributors found a vulnerability in Profanity, an Ethereum vanity address generating tool, which could have resulted in substantial losses for users.

Continuing to integrate with the DeFi space’s most promising projects, 1inch powered KuCoin Wallet’s native swap function and was integrated into Swaap, a market-neutral AMM protocol. To mark the KuCoin integration, a trading competition with a 10,000 USDT prize was held.

Meanwhile, Blocknative’s Web3 Onboard started supporting the 1inch Wallet, 1inch v4 swaps were integrated into Trust Wallet, and the 1inch Wallet was integrated into the Dexsport betting protocol.

Also, Polygon’s Orbit Bridge tokens were added to the 1inch Network.

In other news, the third episode of Take My Muffin, the first crypto-themed animated series, sponsored by 1inch, recently came out.

Finally, 1inch created a community profile on CoinMarketCap. Check it out!

In September, the 1inch Network continued to run DeFi Visions, a series of video interviews with DeFi’s most prominent personalities and projects. The most recent installment featured Frank Brinkkemper from Oasis.app.

The main takeaways from DeFi Visions interviews are also available on this blog.

Events

In September, several major events for the crypto space were held, attended by 1inch. Co-founder Sergej Kunz spoke on the panel ‘Decentralization And How To Speed It Up In Light of Regulations,’ held at DappCon 2022 in Berlin. A couple weeks later, Sergej was a speaker at the TOKEN2049 conference in Singapore.

A new season of 1inch’s unforgettable parties kicked off with BDSM (Berlin DeFi Sensual Masquerade) in Berlin on Sept. 12, followed by the Shipyard Odyssea party in New York on Sept. 21 and the ‘Celebrating the future’ party in Singapore on Sept. 28.
