Updates, news and integrations
As the 1inch Network carried on with the mission of conquering the DeFi space, its innovative Fusion mode, which enables users to make protected token swap without paying network fees, was deployed on five more blockchains supported by 1inch.
Users of Optimism, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Fantom and Gnosis can now benefit from highly protected and cost-efficient swaps in the 1inch dApp. Launched in December 2022, Fusion mode was originally available on Ethereum, Polygon and BNB Chain. Since then, hundreds of thousands of swaps worth billions of dollars have been made on those networks with Fusion mode.
In May, 1inch integrated with a range of promising projects, including Birdeye, a crypto trading data aggregator; Stripe, a payment system that gives crypto businesses access to the global financial infrastructure, and the crypto wallets LIFE and BitKeep.

Events
On May 8, our co-founder Sergej Kunz spoke at the Dubai FinTech Summit. A video of his presentation is available here.
Meanwhile, most of May’s biggest crypto events were held in Lisbon and Amsterdam.
The 1inch team took part in ETHLisbon, and Sergej made an opening keynote speech, taking the audience through 1inch's story, from a hackathon prototype to a major DeFi player and builder of innovative protocols. Check out the video.
Sergej’s other keynote speech was at Pragma Lisbon on May 11. You can also watch a video of his talk. In addition, 1inch co-hosted Beyond 4337: Lisbon Edition. Finally, 1inch’s party 'Ghosting in Lisbon' was held at Palácio Chiado.
Later in May, 1inch was a partner of ETHDam in the Dutch capital. 1inch co-founder Anton Bukov and backend lead Nick Kozlov were speaking, while attendees enjoyed 1inch’s party, 'Uni-corn Stand-up Show.'
On May 20, 1inch sponsored the ETHKyiv conference. The same day, OKTAGON MMA 43 event was held in Prague, also sponsored by 1inch.
